1. Free Trial Period
We believe in the value of our platform, which is why we offer a 14-day free trial for all new users. This trial allows you to explore all features, tools, and integrations of Remote OS without any financial obligation. We strongly encourage all users to take full advantage of this period to ensure the software meets their specific business needs before the first billing cycle begins.
2. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our SaaS product and the availability of a comprehensive 14-day free trial, Remote OS does not offer refunds once a payment has been processed.
By completing your registration and continuing past the trial period, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are final and non-refundable.
This policy applies to all subscription tiers, including the Starter ($197/mo), Pro ($297/mo), and Amplify ($497/mo) plans.
3. Cancellations
You have full control over your subscription and can cancel at any time:
How to Cancel: Subscriptions can be canceled directly through your user dashboard.
Access After Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to your Remote OS account until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
No Pro-rated Refunds: We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months of service. Following cancellation, no further charges will be applied to your account.
4. Annual Plans
For users on annual billing cycles, the same no-refund policy applies. The significant savings offered on annual plans (up to $1,794/year) reflect a long-term commitment to the platform.
